About us

PANO is built in Ankara by two founders: Hüseyin Gündeşli and Emir İzgeç. The starting point was simple — no café has the budget for an app of its own, and no customer has room for ten loyalty apps on their phone. PANO solves both in one place: the customer installs one app and uses it at every participating café; the café opens its own loyalty programme with no hardware and no setup fee. Our pilot is live in Ankara, at Duchess branches.
