How do points work?

The rule is simple and fixed — no surprises at the till.

A fixed number per scanIndependent of what you spend: scan your QR, earn the points the branch set (5 per visit in the pilot).

Rewards have their price on the menuThe café sets each drink's point price — say, an iced coffee for 30 points. Pick it, show the code at the till.

Your points don't vanishPoints are currently valid with no time limit; if that policy ever changes, you'll be told in advance.

Every café's campaigns in one feed; the ones for you under “For You”. Scan the campaign code at the till — that's it.

A university club, an office, a building — join a group with one link and group-only campaigns land in your account.

What you buy is not recorded.

PANO points are independent of spending — so your payments never enter the system. We designed it that way and wrote it into our legal text:

Is the app paid?

No — PANO is completely free for customers; no membership fee, no in-app purchases.

Do my points expire?

Points are currently valid with no time limit. If that policy ever changes you will be told in advance — existing points are never silently removed.

Which cafés accept it?

Participating cafés are listed in the app's Branches tab. During the pilot we are live at Duchess branches in Ankara; the list grows in the app.

What if I change phones?

Your account is tied to your e-mail — sign in on the new phone with the same address and your points and card are waiting.
